'04 MEXICO EXPERIENCE

 

Our '04 Mexico Experience Team consisted of 10 people this year. Nine of the GREATEST people I know!

 

We were able to fly into Hermosillo on March 17th where Paul & Ruth Wallestad picked us up. We then traveled by van to "Rancho Maranatha" 22 miles east of Navajoa, Sonora (450 miles south of the border) where Pablo & Ruth pour out their love every day into the natives in this community of Mexico 5-7 months of every year. Once again all 10 people paid their own way & still we were able to invest $7,000 in this foreign ministry because of the generosity of the people here at RCC & the Roseau community.

 

This was my 3rd trip to Rancho Maranatha since 2001. Every trip has been so different & yet they have all been the same in that God's Love was again so evident & at work in the lives of these precious beautiful people. The one thing you can't escape from, on a trip like this...is seeing how much God has blessed the USA & how little time we take for Him & praise and thank him for His goodness to us. I've been challenged every time being in Mexico of the fact that every person on this earth has 24 hours in each day &.... what am I doing with the time & the many things God has blessed me with? "Only one life how soon it will pass, Only what's done for Christ will last". I challenge everyone from RCC to go visit Rancho Maranatha ASAP. It's an experience one can not explain, with just words! It's An Experience!
